​​M2 Solutions is a limited small business specializing in Sourcing Compliance and Subcontract (Supply Chain) Management consulting to the Defense related subcontractor base.


​M2 Solutions was incorporated in the State of Minnesota as a Minnesota Statutes Chapter 322C  Limited Liability Corporation, by its founder William (Bill) Medcalf in August of 2015. 


M2 Solutions strength comes from Bill's more than 30 years contract management experience both within the federal government and in private industry.


​Recently, M2 Solutions became a member of the Defense Alliance (An Advanced Defense Technology Cluster)
